Welcome Pineapple Stencil - Reusable - 7.5 MIL (190 Micron) Thick Mylar

Available is our reusable welcome pineapple stencil template on 7.5 MIL Mylar. The material is incredibly durable and perfect for multiple uses. Our stencils are laser cut in the UK and shipped from our shop in Warwickshire. We use a CO2 laser cutter with optimal settings to create the perfect stencil Mylar stencil. We offer multiple sizes both small and large. Sizing: Our stencils sizes are based on sheet size. We leave approximately a .75 inch border around the graphic making it as big as possible for the sheet while leaving enough masking room. Our Material: Our stencils are laser cut on 7.5 MIL thick official Mylar; a plastic like material that is extremely durable yet flexible. Mylar is food safe and will last for many uses if cared for properly. All material is sourced in the U.K., and then cut at the Eaton Worx shop, in sunny Warwickshire. We use only the best material...cuz we're a little obsessed with stencils. WHY DO WE RECOMMEND MYLAR?

As mentioned before, the best way to achieve a perfectly painted stencil with a very nice paint edge is to use a stencil material that is as thin as possible for your project. At the same time, you also want a material that wont absorb paint or any liquid because this will cause the stencil to deteriorate. A stencil made from paper, cardstock or paperboard will become saturated with paint or ink rather quickly, and this causes a crusty, uneven edge that can never be removed.

Another option for stencils, and one that quickly comes to mind when we discuss durability, is metal stencils. While these thick, unbendable stencils do have their place for some industrial applications where paint overspray and running doesnt quite matter as much, they can be very expensive and heavy to ship.

There are some other plastics that are used for stencil manufacturing, but these are typically cut with a die cutter so there is a limited amount of detail that can be achieved. And because this older, traditional process takes so much work and expense to set up for each stencil design, the minimum are often in the 1000s.
