Mystical Future Stencil - Reusable - 7.5 MIL (190 Micron) Thick Mylar

Have you ever had someone read your future? Whether through palm reading, the reading of tea leaves, a crystal ball, or some other method, when a mystical reading of your future is done, it can feel just a little unnerving, especially if they know things they shouldn't. The all-seeing can seem very mystical, and somehow, we are drawn to these people. This is especially true at Halloween, which is why we are bringing you our Mystical Future stencil. This stencil would make the perfect piece of Halloween art to turn your decorating up a notch. It says, “Mystical Prognostication,” with an eye below the words. Then across the bottom of the design it says, “see what the future holds for you.” Now, if only you had a seer with you now who could tell you what future project you will do with this stencil. Unfortunately, you're going to have to figure that one out on your own. And we aren't much help because this stencil is incredibly versatile. With the right type of paint for the medium and the right stencil size, you can do literally anything. Available sizes include: 5” x 6” 5” x 11” 18” x 12” 24” x 18” 36” x 24” 48” x 32” 55” x 35” Imagine, creating a genuine-looking rustic sign on wood or metal that you could use to decorate your imaginative fortune-telling-decorated home or your real fortune-telling business. You could paint it in the window of an occult shop or even a coffee shop. You could even make signs and posters or invitations for a Halloween event. Whatever you choose to do with this stencil, you won't need a fortune-teller to tell you how easy it is to use. We can do that. Just secure it and paint, then remove it and you will have an amazing image. Then you can wash the stencil and tuck it away because we can see into your future and you'll want to use it again next year. You might even want to use one of our other Halloween stencils, such as our Palm Readings stencil, but we'll leave that up to you to discover.

Here are some advantages of using Mylar stencil material:

  • FLEXIBLE: Mylar can wrap around cylinders and uneven or irregular surfaces, and can be rolled for shipping and storage.
  • EASY TO CLEAN: Our Mylar is solvent proof, so cleaning up paint or ink is quick and simple.
  • REUSABLE: Our stencils are built to withstand normal painting wear and tear, and keeping your stencil template clean is the best way to ensure a longer life.
  • DURABLE: Mylar sheets are reputably the strongest type of stencil material, and maintains durability without compromising the pliable structure.

7.5 MIL MYLAR STENCIL MATERIAL

  • Medium Weight. Feels as thick as card stock
  • 7.5 Mil (0.19 mm) thickness
  • Very flexible for tight curves and cylinder shapes
  • Recommended for fine detailed craft stencils and smaller stencils
  • Reusable as long as they are kept clean and well maintained

WHY DO WE RECOMMEND MYLAR?

As mentioned before, the best way to achieve a perfectly painted stencil with a very nice paint edge is to use a stencil material that is as thin as possible for your project. At the same time, you also want a material that wont absorb paint or any liquid because this will cause the stencil to deteriorate. A stencil made from paper, cardstock or paperboard will become saturated with paint or ink rather quickly, and this causes a crusty, uneven edge that can never be removed.

Another option for stencils, and one that quickly comes to mind when we discuss durability, is metal stencils. While these thick, unbendable stencils do have their place for some industrial applications where paint overspray and running doesnt quite matter as much, they can be very expensive and heavy to ship.

There are some other plastics that are used for stencil manufacturing, but these are typically cut with a die cutter so there is a limited amount of detail that can be achieved. And because this older, traditional process takes so much work and expense to set up for each stencil design, the minimum are often in the 1000s.
