Arrow Heart Stencil - Reusable - 7.5 MIL (190 Micron) Thick Mylar
The arrow through the heart is one of the timeless symbols of being madly in love. After all, Cupid's arrow always finds its mark. And now you can find your mark with our Arrow Heart stencil. This unique arrow and heart design shows the heart split in two with two arrows going in opposite directions. But don't take this to mean broken love. Instead, this stencil is designed so you can stencil a word in between the two parts of the heart, creating a love message that is as unique as your love is. This Arrow Heart stencil can be used to decorate Valentine's Day cards, create a sign to advertise a Valentine's Day dance, or create decorative art for a wedding or anniversary. We make this possible by precision cutting our stencils in-house in a variety of sizes, including the following: 6” x 6” 8” x 8” 12” x 12” 15” x 15” 20” x 20” 25” x 25” 30” x 30” 35” x 35” The Arrow Heart stencil is simple, yet beautiful, its message coming through loud and clear. Add a stenciled word and hearts surrounding it for a completely unique design. Plus, as long as you use the right paint for the medium, you can stencil this design on a variety of materials, such as paper, wood, metal, plastic, concrete, glass, fabric, and walls. To use the Arrow Heart stencil, simply secure it to the desired surface and paint. That's really all there is to it. Plus, cleanup is easy. Just wash the stencil in warm, soapy water, using a bit of turpentine if necessary, then store the stencil away until the next time you or someone you know needs to use it to send a message of love.
Here are some advantages of using Mylar stencil material:
- FLEXIBLE: Mylar can wrap around cylinders and uneven or irregular surfaces, and can be rolled for shipping and storage.
- EASY TO CLEAN: Our Mylar is solvent proof, so cleaning up paint or ink is quick and simple.
- REUSABLE: Our stencils are built to withstand normal painting wear and tear, and keeping your stencil template clean is the best way to ensure a longer life.
- DURABLE: Mylar sheets are reputably the strongest type of stencil material, and maintains durability without compromising the pliable structure.

WHY DO WE RECOMMEND MYLAR?
As mentioned before, the best way to achieve a perfectly painted stencil with a very nice paint edge is to use a stencil material that is as thin as possible for your project. At the same time, you also want a material that wont absorb paint or any liquid because this will cause the stencil to deteriorate. A stencil made from paper, cardstock or paperboard will become saturated with paint or ink rather quickly, and this causes a crusty, uneven edge that can never be removed.
Another option for stencils, and one that quickly comes to mind when we discuss durability, is metal stencils. While these thick, unbendable stencils do have their place for some industrial applications where paint overspray and running doesnt quite matter as much, they can be very expensive and heavy to ship.
There are some other plastics that are used for stencil manufacturing, but these are typically cut with a die cutter so there is a limited amount of detail that can be achieved. And because this older, traditional process takes so much work and expense to set up for each stencil design, the minimum are often in the 1000s.
